📋 Description

• Write and review high-quality code • Understand client business use cases and technical requirements and convert them into technical designs • Map technical decisions to requirements and translate them for developers • Identify and evaluate solution options to select the best fit for client requirements • Define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during project implementation • Write and review design documents covering application architecture, frameworks, and high-level design • Review architecture and design for extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and non-functional requirements • Develop and design solutions for functional and non-functional requirements, defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks • Apply technology integration knowledge to projects • Resolve code and review issues through systematic root-cause analysis and justify decisions • Conduct proofs of concept to validate proposed designs and technologies • Mentor team members and help them keep up with new technologies • Empower team members to provide solutions and foster a flat, feedback-driven environment

🎯 Requirements

• 11+ years of total experience • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field • Strong experience with architecture and development using C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, Entity Framework, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and unit testing • Front-end experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and React • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, microservices architecture, REST, and service-oriented architecture • Experience with Azure DevOps or CI/CD tools including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, NPM, Terraform, ARM, and IIS • Hands-on database experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL • Understanding of design patterns, concurrent design, and multithreading • Strong troubleshooting skills across disparate technologies and environments • Ability to explore and grasp new technologies • Strong communication skills to effectively pitch solutions
