📋 Description

• Techno-functional consulting for Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) • Analysis, design, and implementation of cross‑platform features and integrated systems • Clear structuring and resolution of complex issues in collaboration with stakeholders up to C‑level • Leading workshops, assessing technical and functional requirements, and guiding design and implementation • Acting as a bridge between clients and development teams • Contributing to internal initiatives such as mentoring, recruitment, business development, marketing, and pre‑sales

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field • 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Core Clouds, combining technical expertise with a passion for innovation • Strong enthusiasm for Salesforce CRM and digital transformation, with in‑depth knowledge of configuration and automation capabilities across Core Clouds • Fluent in business German and English, with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills • Relevant industry experience in Travel & Logistics, Manufacturing, or Retail & Consumer Goods • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (ERP, legacy systems, etc.)
