📋 Description

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions in alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices. • Conduct and facilitate fit-to-standard workshops, blueprint sessions, and business process design workshops with key stakeholders. • Analyze warehouse and supply chain processes and translate business requirements into scalable SAP EWM solutions. • Design and configure core SAP EWM processes, including inbound logistics, outbound logistics, internal warehouse movements, inventory management, physical inventory, production supply. • Define and manage integration requirements between SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP TM, MES systems, automation solutions, and third-party applications. • Prepare functional specifications and collaborate closely with development teams during enhancements, reports, forms, interfaces, and custom developments. • Support system testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution. • Provide expertise in SAP Fiori applications, ensuring efficient and user-friendly warehouse operations. • Coordinate cutover planning, deployment activities, and hypercare support during project go-live phases. • Collaborate effectively with business users, key users, architects, developers, project managers, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle. • Deliver user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and comprehensive documentation to support long-term solution sustainability. • Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance to project team members where required.

🎯 Requirements

• Has solid experience in SAP Logistics and Supply Chain Management • Has extensive knowledge of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) • Has experience with SAP TM (Transportation Management) • Has worked in SAP S/4HANA environments • Is proficient in using SAP Fiori applications • Has experience leading and coordinating design workshops • Has experience with fit-to-standard implementations and standardized SAP solutions • Has experience with production integration and supply chain flows within the manufacturing industry • Has worked with warehouse and distribution processes • Has experience with SAP integrations, APIs, middleware, and EWM-to-ERP processes • Is able to navigate complex system landscapes and make well-founded decisions regarding standardization versus customization • Is accustomed to collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders • Nice to have: Experience in large-scale ERP transformation projects • Experience onboarding production units or distribution centers • Experience with change management and knowledge transfer to customer organizations • Solution-oriented mindset • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills • Well-structured and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously • Understands the importance of knowledge transfer and documentation • Customer-oriented, with the ability to understand and address specific client requirements • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
