📋 Description

• Support and maintain SAP SuccessFactors environment • Drive continuous improvement of HR systems • System administration and configuration • Data management and integrations • User support and training • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of HR technology landscape • Support future system enhancements and growth initiatives • Onboard new legal entities and employee populations • Coordinate employee data migrations and validation activities • Ensure data consistency • Monitor integration performance and resolve issues

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central • Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management • Experience with system configuration, testing and support activities • Experience with data migration, data validation and data management • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Fluent English, both written and spoken • Experience supporting global or multi-country HR environments • Nice to Have: Experience delivering training and creating user documentation. • Nice to Have: Experience with SuccessFactors integrations and APIs. • Nice to Have: Experience with Integration Center, SAP CPI or similar integration technologies. • Nice to Have: Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting. • Nice to Have: Experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding. • Nice to Have: Experience with SuccessFactors Performance & Goals. • Nice to Have: Spanish language skills.
