⢠Support and maintain SAP SuccessFactors environment ⢠Drive continuous improvement of HR systems ⢠System administration and configuration ⢠Data management and integrations ⢠User support and training ⢠Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of HR technology landscape ⢠Support future system enhancements and growth initiatives ⢠Onboard new legal entities and employee populations ⢠Coordinate employee data migrations and validation activities ⢠Ensure data consistency ⢠Monitor integration performance and resolve issues
⢠Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central ⢠Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management ⢠Experience with system configuration, testing and support activities ⢠Experience with data migration, data validation and data management ⢠Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail ⢠Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities ⢠Fluent English, both written and spoken ⢠Experience supporting global or multi-country HR environments ⢠Nice to Have: Experience delivering training and creating user documentation. ⢠Nice to Have: Experience with SuccessFactors integrations and APIs. ⢠Nice to Have: Experience with Integration Center, SAP CPI or similar integration technologies. ⢠Nice to Have: Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting. ⢠Nice to Have: Experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding. ⢠Nice to Have: Experience with SuccessFactors Performance & Goals. ⢠Nice to Have: Spanish language skills.
