📋 Description

• central point of contact for solution architecture in SAP SuccessFactors implementations • analyze customer requirements and develop comprehensive end-to-end processes for SuccessFactors modules • define integration scenarios with other systems • act as primary contact for module leads regarding integrative scenarios • present system architecture to different stakeholders • share expertise in workshops and training sessions • work closely with module leads, consultants, developers, and project managers

🎯 Requirements

• at least five years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors • deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules and their integration possibilities • able to clearly explain complex topics and confidently present them to stakeholders • experienced in leading and coordinating IT implementation projects • strong conceptual skills and enjoy solving complex problems
