📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy SAP-based ERP solutions in the SD/MM area • Understand the technology layer and development practices for S/4HANA Cloud • Influence key client stakeholders on technology and operations strategy • Work with, manage, and motivate teams across multiple geographies, cultures, and organizations • Analyze and drive resolution of cross-functional issues • Develop internal best practices within the area of expertise • Support building demo systems as suggested by the SAP solution management team • Lead analysis and design in the SAP SD/MM area • Cooperate with clients' Sales and Distribution, purchasing, and inventory teams • Conduct structured testing internally and with users • Stabilize solutions and drive continuous improvements • Ensure customers adopt a cloud mindset, follow fit-to-standard, and drive organizational change management

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud • Expert proficiency in SAP SD • Strong proficiency in SAP MM • Experience in several industries, including the customer's industry • High customer orientation, service attitude, and business acumen • Liaison, consultative, and negotiating skills • Strong writing, mentoring, decision-making, communication, and meeting facilitation skills • Ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work with people from different disciplines and varying levels of technical experience • Certification in S/4HANA Cloud and/or other SAP Solutions is a plus • 6+ years of professional experience • Demonstrated knowledge/expertise in at least one S/4HANA Cloud industry/solution segment • 4+ years of Cloud ERP and related experience
