📋 Description

• Design user-centered solutions for complex Healthcare applications • Lead UX design activities from discovery through delivery • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis • Create personas, journey maps, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes • Design and maintain scalable design systems and UX standards • Translate complex business and user requirements into intuitive experiences • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders • Present design concepts, recommendations, and research findings • Support solutioning, estimation, and continuous UX improvement initiatives • Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability best practices across products
