📋 Description

• Owns the region’s forecasting cycle and annual budget process. • Oversees monthly financial operations for the region. • Prepares the monthly executive-level financial review. • Serves as the trusted finance advisor to the region’s RVP(s). • Builds pro forma models, scenarios, and strategic analyses to support operational decisions. • Tracks practice- and unit-level performance across the region. • Acts as the region’s finance point of contact across Corporate Accounting, Revenue Cycle Management, Client Services, and Business Development. • Champions process improvements that address regional pain points.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. • 5+ years in operations finance and/or FP&A. • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret results and present conclusions and opportunities to senior leadership. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex financial information clear to non-finance audiences. • Experience partnering cross-functionally with operational and business leaders. • Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.
