📋 Description

• Assist the Sales team in preparing quotations, sales orders, and customer documentation. • Coordinate order processing and follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery. • Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and filing systems. • Prepare periodic sales reports and performance summaries. • Support the Sales team in tracking customer inquiries, complaints, and requests. • Coordinate with Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams regarding order status and customer requirements. • Monitor stock availability and communicate updates to the Sales team. • Assist in organizing meetings, presentations, and customer visits. • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures. • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

🎯 Requirements

• High school graduate. • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. • UAE Nationals Only.
