📋 Description

• Create creative, human-centered internal campaigns aligned with the company’s culture and values. • Produce visual and written communications (newsletters, posts, emails, short videos, digital displays) using a light, modern tone. • Support internal events, seasonal campaigns and engagement initiatives (holidays, recognition programs, challenges, gamified learning paths). • Ensure consistency in employer brand identity, strengthening the “Nasajon way.” • Plan and run remote onboarding experiences that provide welcome, connection and engagement from day one. • Develop onboarding activities, welcome tracks and integration kits that convey organizational culture even remotely. • Measure and monitor new hire satisfaction at 45 and 90 days. • Support leaders in integrating new teams and strengthening cross-team relationships. • Support recruitment processes for technical areas, understanding technology profiles (developers, support analysts, QA, product). • Contribute to screening, interviews and feedback, maintaining a welcoming and agile candidate experience. • Support job vacancy communications with attractive language aligned to employer branding. • Assist in maintaining and updating the job and salary structure. • Help write job descriptions, aligning responsibilities, competencies and requirements with leadership. • Contribute to data collection for salary analyses and structural reviews in People & Management. • Support planning and communication of learning paths and internal training. • Produce visual materials and announcements that reinforce a culture of continuous learning. • Encourage employee participation in development initiatives and Individual Development Plans (IDP). • Monitor engagement metrics for training and development activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Communication or related fields. • Previous experience in generalist HR with a focus on internal communications (internal marketing), tech recruitment, or onboarding. • Intermediate proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Excel/Google Sheets and collaborative tools (Miro, Trello, ClickUp). • Knowledge of e-learning platforms and digital culture is a plus. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak the company’s language in a friendly and approachable way.
