📋 Description
• Aufstellung und Mitwirkung bei der Verhandlung von Schadensersatzansprüchen • Organisation und Aufarbeitung schadensersatzrelevanter Zusammenhänge in geeigneten Dateiformaten • Management der bereichsübergreifenden Sammlung von Dokumenten im Kontext von Forderungen gegenüber Dritten • Überwachung und Dokumentation von Verhandlungsergebnissen im Bereich „Verfügbarkeitsentgelt“ • Erstellung interner und externer Reports • Organisatorische Unterstützung in bereichsübergreifenden Prozessen • Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc-Anfragen
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium mit betriebs- oder verkehrswirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • idealerweise fachliche Kenntnisse im Bereich öffentlicher Personennahverkehr • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Excel • Verständnis von wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen • Verhandlungsgeschick und hohe Eigenmotivation • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise • Präzise Arbeitsweise mit einem Blick fürs Detail • Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
