📋 Description

• Answer and manage inbound/outbound sales calls • Engage customers to qualify calls, build rapport, determine sales needs, and provide information on company products and services following call flow guidelines • Attain conversion goals, booking-rate targets, monthly revenue goals, and other performance metrics • Sell residential pest control services and related services according to standard operating procedures • Create service accounts for new customers • Collect credit card information for auto-pay on all new accounts sold • Schedule inspections and/or quality-control visits for sales inspectors and technicians • Navigate multiple programs simultaneously, enter data in real time, place orders, and search existing accounts while maintaining friendly customer conversations • Attain Monthly Development Plan goals • Enter lead information accurately into databases • Provide current customers with top-of-the-line assistance under the one-call resolution guarantee • Participate in phone or Zoom interviews and submit required application materials

🎯 Requirements

• Previous inside sales experience is required • Strong high-speed Wi-Fi • Good microphone/headset • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong customer service skills • Must be able to type at a minimum of 50WPM and 90% accuracy; a typing test will be conducted • Entry-level knowledge/skill proficiency with Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs • Ability to calculate basic math • Exceptional English language proficiency, with precise pronunciation and highly effective conversational skills • Must submit a 2–3 minute video recording or video link speaking in English • Must complete the interview process, which may include a typing test • Employment contingent upon successfully completing a background check • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required
