📋 Description

• Supervise and mentor archaeologists and project managers. • Provide technical review and QA/QC, and ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables. • Support contract oversight, maintain project timelines and budgets, and guide project teams toward successful outcomes. • Manage large, multi-year contracts including scopes, pricing, and deliverables. • Oversee field investigations, artifact analysis, compliance reporting, and coordination with SHPOs, Tribes, and federal agencies. • Develop work plans, direct field crews, interpret data, and oversee production of archaeological reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years environmental consulting experience (private industry) • Minimum 5+ years experience supervising staff • 5+ years experience preparing and developing proposals/pricing for competitive bids • Ability and willingness to participate/lead field work for up to 12 days at a time • Must be able to represent the company professionally and ethically in all business matters • Experience in development of competitive proposal efforts, including pricing surveys on a per-acre basis and analyzing risk • Direct experience working with government agencies including; USACE, NAVFAC, and other DOD agencies. • Experience working with civilian agencies is also required. • Experience with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) reviews and providing documentation to aid in NEPA reports is desired but not required • Direct Project Management experience as a member of private industry
