📋 Description

• Build and maintain pipelines connecting the Atlas knowledge graph to Salesforce, LinkedIn, outbound email, ad platforms, and analytics • Implement automated entity resolution across GTM systems and retire spreadsheet-based sources • Engineer Salesforce write paths for accounts, contacts, and opportunities aligned to the canonical graph • Preserve the distinction between legal entities and customers across finance, activity, customer success, and product-usage systems • Build end-to-end analytics for outbound and LinkedIn engagement, conversion, marketing spend elasticity, call-recording intelligence, customer success engagement, and product usage • Replace manual pipeline hygiene, list reconciliation, and reporting with automated systems • Operate automated newsletter, content, campaign, ad-audience, and measurement infrastructure in OpsHub • Extend the semantic layer to support account-specific outbound drafting and ad generation by ICP • Partner with core engineering on graph, ontology, and OpsHub standards • Work with sales, marketing, and customer success leadership to translate business needs into system capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building go-to-market system integrations: entity resolution, data pipelines, and API integrations across CRM, ad platforms, outreach tooling, and a data warehouse • Hands-on command of Clay-class enrichment and orchestration tooling, CRM APIs, LinkedIn and ads APIs, and email infrastructure • Ability to write production code to connect GTM tools • Ability to correctly model accounts, legal entities, parent/child hierarchies, buying centres, and ICPs across downstream systems • Comfort working with graph-based canonical sources and distinguishing legal entities from customers • Experience building funnel and revenue analytics from raw events • Fluency in SQL • Ability to make spend, engagement, and conversion measurable and attributable by account • Code quality meeting core engineering standards, including version control, testing, observability, and maintainability • Ability to build operable systems rather than personal tooling • Automation-first judgment and ability to prioritize near-term versus long-term systems work • Ability to build while operating under ambiguity and support live campaigns and deals • Preferred: experience as a GTM engineer, growth engineer, or founding RevOps-engineering hire at a B2B company • Preferred: experience with knowledge graphs, ontology or semantic layers, or master data management • Preferred: experience automating content and campaign infrastructure via APIs • Preferred: experience with LLM-based workflows for enrichment, drafting, and classification in a GTM context • Preferred: experience supporting named-account, long-cycle enterprise sales motions; emerging markets exposure is useful context • Preferred: strong interest in building systems that replace manual operations
