• Coordinate a team delivering administrative support to TNC staff in Argentina and Chile • Supervise operations team in providing guidance for service delivery and project advancement • Provide recommendations and targeted training related to area management • Administer HR transactions for business units, partnering with HR and local management • Support HR annual processes and ensure compliance with policies and procedures • Set realistic deadlines and manage project timelines while ensuring accountability
• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years related experience or equivalent combination • Experience coordinating projects • Experience working across departments • Fluency in Spanish and English • Strong organization skills, accuracy, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks • Supervisory experience including setting objectives, managing performance, and conflict resolution
