Natus Sensory is a division/brand of Natus Medical that develops and supplies sensory and auditory diagnostic equipment for clinical settings. They focus on products used for newborn hearing screening, auditory diagnostics (e. g. , otoacoustic emissions, auditory brainstem response), and related sensory/neurodiagnostic monitoring systems used by hospitals, audiology clinics, and neonatal units. Their customers are primarily healthcare providers and institutions.

📋 Description

• Set the company’s IT strategy and vision in alignment with corporate objectives • Manage the Transition Services Agreement (TSA), including contractual obligations, timelines, service continuity, stakeholder collaboration, issue resolution, optimization, and cost savings • Monitor and maintain seamless IT services during the TSA period • Lead and manage Salesforce solution implementations aligned with business requirements and company goals • Act as a trusted technology advisor to business stakeholders • Identify process optimization opportunities and guide insourcing-versus-TSA strategy • Identify, assess, and mitigate IT service-delivery risks • Lead change-management efforts for adoption of new technologies and processes • Define and track IT performance metrics, including system uptime, user satisfaction, cost management, and project timelines • Serve as the company’s Salesforce implementation expert and ensure best practices and solution optimization • Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external stakeholders • Provide guidance on IT-related matters and develop and enforce IT policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent level of education and experience in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • Professional certifications in IT governance, security, or project management (CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP) preferred • 5+ years of medical device or manufacturing industry experience preferred • At least 10 years of experience and a successful track record of IT leadership, execution, and delivery • Extensive managerial experience with Windows Server, Exchange, Microsoft Office, mobile connectivity, virtual private networking, wireless networking, and help desk operations • Experience in an IT business partnership role, with significant exposure to managing transaction service agreements • Proven expertise managing cloud-based infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure) • Experience selecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, PLM) • Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations • Previous experience in mergers & acquisitions, company separation, and acquisition highly preferred • Knowledge of data centers and end-to-end infrastructure • Strong communication skills and commitment to thorough documentation • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills • Proven focus on internal customer satisfaction
