📋 Description
• Responsible for supporting Comcast Business Services in their efforts to retain and grow existing customer base • Act as a business partner to existing customers to drive increased sales and revenue over telephone • Enhance customer satisfaction through regular contact and problem resolution • Make outbound calls to achieve sales quota metrics • Create proposals for customers related to new sales opportunities • Drive sales growth and account retention by introducing various products and services • Document conversations and contact information into client management system
🎯 Requirements
• Mobile sales experience preferred • Sales experience required • 2-5 years Relevant Work Experience • High School Diploma / GED
