📋 Description

• Prospect, map and analyze market expansion opportunities for NBS Telecom • Structure, monitor and analyze market, competitor and consumer behavior data in the Telecommunications sector • Prospect and map new regions and niches for geographic expansion and network infrastructure deployment • Develop market and financial feasibility studies for new expansion projects • Consolidate executive reports, dashboards and predictive intelligence for direct reporting to the Business Manager • Monitor pricing strategies, products, services and competitors’ actions, proposing countermeasures and competitive differentiators • Identify technological trends in the Telecom sector and anticipate demand in the connectivity and IT market • Conduct continuous benchmarking of commercial practices, business models and go-to-market strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop market penetration and customer retention strategies • Stay informed about market trends and propose process improvements and innovations for products and services • Participate in company training programs and apply acquired knowledge • Comply with Internal Regulations • Familiarize yourself with new products and services offered by the company • Work proactively to resolve issues • Promote and participate in company events and meetings • Uphold standards of ethics and professional conduct • Ensure conservation, maintenance, cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment and the workplace • Ensure organization and updating of physical and digital documents • Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred education: Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, postgraduate degree or MBA • Data handling and statistical analysis • Dashboard development and executive reporting • Identification of expansion opportunities • Assertive communication • Professional experience and academic qualifications must be provided during the application process • Availability to work full time • Employment under the Brazilian CLT regime (Consolidation of Labor Laws)
