📋 Description

• Install, maintain, diagnose, repair, and replace components on NCR Voyix equipment, including Point of Sale, self-service checkout, servers, back-office equipment, handheld terminals, and peripherals • Install new equipment and upgrade existing equipment according to Statements of Work • Assist with site preparation, including cable installation, equipment staging, and testing • Perform modular swaps, unit replacements, and periodic preventative maintenance • Own customer problems and incidents through resolution or appropriate escalation in compliance with SLAs • Respond to customer concerns and escalate issues to associates, team members, territory managers, or the Control Tower • Build customer relationships and develop local communication channels • Represent NCR Voyix positively to customers • Manage company assets used to deliver services, including tools, software, vehicles, documentation, and intellectual property • Maintain parts inventory and records • Accurately report calls, activities, expenses, customer asset information, and billing data • Dispatch daily on a call-by-call basis or schedule work using automated reports to meet SLAs • Travel within and potentially outside the assigned territory to support projects, colleagues, and demand peaks • Participate in operating-area shift patterns, including weekend, evening, and occasional night work • Work toward established KPIs for customer satisfaction, quality, cost awareness, and safe operations

🎯 Requirements

• Clean Driving License required • High School Diploma or equivalent years of related experience • Basic Computer skills including Windows OS navigation and basic familiarity with Microsoft Office suite • Experience in PC Hardware Maintenance and support • Good problem-solving skills • Ability to pick up new skills quickly • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to meet deadlines and produce high quality work • Excellent interpersonal skills/customer relationship skills • High level of mechanical/electrical aptitude • Experience maintaining computer hardware (Desktops, Servers, peripherals), routers, networks, switches, hubs • High level of personal integrity • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, flex shifts, and on-calls • Ability to carry and lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs. or 25 kg • Required training and certification may be necessary to work at height and use handheld power tools
