📋 Description
• Install, maintain, repair, and upgrade customer equipment and related hardware, software, and network components. • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance to restore service and minimize downtime. • Provide technical support across customer environments and third-party technologies. • Maintain day-to-day customer relationships, communicate service updates, and escalate issues as required. • Diagnose problems using service requests, system observations, and customer feedback to identify root causes and implement solutions. • Own customer issues through resolution in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs). • Complete maintenance, service, and activity reports while complying with operational and safety procedures.
