• Footage logging and assembly. Ingest, log, and assemble footage with clean organization and seamless integration into the editing workflow. • Proxy prep. Prepare proxy files that keep the edit pipeline fast and reviewable at every stage. • Asset sourcing. Find and pull music, sound effects, and visual effects references that elevate the final product — without waiting to be handed a brief. • File management. Own the organization of the post-production workspace. Clean folder structures, consistent naming, no lost assets. • Client revision queue. Address incoming edit requests accurately and on time, coordinating with the Video Editor and Producer on anything that needs escalation. • Team coordination. Stay in sync with the Video Editor, Video Producer, and Studio Director — proactive updates, no surprises.
• 3+ years of video editing experience, preferably in eCommerce or advertising • Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite — Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and beyond • Strong grasp of editing principles, technique, and theory — not just button knowledge • Fluent in English (US) with clear written and verbal communication • Comfortable juggling multiple projects under strict deadlines without dropping quality • Available PST 9 AM–5 PM for real-time collaboration with the in-house team • An online portfolio is required to apply.
