• Build and reinforce Tavily’s sales process, qualification rigor, and enablement frameworks as the company scales. • Design and run onboarding programs for new hires, including live training and ongoing skills development • Lead product and competitive enablement initiatives to keep reps current on positioning and differentiation • Develop enablement programs focused on business value selling, discovery, qualification, and enterprise sales execution • Create and maintain GTM collateral including battlecards, playbooks, messaging frameworks, and launch materials • Identify productivity gaps and implement enablement initiatives to improve ramp time and sales execution • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to improve field readiness and support new product launches
• 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Enterprise SaaS Sales, Product Marketing, or related GTM roles • Experience supporting technical or complex SaaS products • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Force Management, or Command of the Message preferred • Experience building and scaling onboarding or enablement programs from 0→1 • Strong understanding of qualification, discovery, business value selling, and enterprise sales execution • Experience improving sales execution, qualification rigor, and rep productivity across GTM teams • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment
