📋 Description

• Carry out or assist in creating Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and bank management activities • Match bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies • Prepare cash flow forecasts and variance reports for management • Reconcile banks' MIS with system data and match funds on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis • Review and validate bank charges and fees; escalate discrepancies to treasury or banking partners • Monitor automated bank statement uploads and troubleshoot integration issues • Create, generate, and distribute management reports accurately and on schedule • Provide documentation and explanations for cash and bank-related audit queries • Coordinate with AP teams for timely and accurate payment processing • Liaise with banking partners on operational issues, account queries, and service improvements • Track KPIs related to cash and bank processes, including reconciliation timeliness and error rates • Identify process improvement ideas using best practices • Respond to customer queries within agreed SLA timelines • Support and maintain existing MIS • Assist the team leader with MIS and bank management activities • Perform MIS and bank management tasks within defined turnaround times • Ensure 100% accuracy in day-to-day activities to meet SLAs

🎯 Requirements

• Documentation and organizational skills • Able to grasp any reporting application quickly • Knowledge of finalization of trial balance and draft balance sheet • Exposure to SAP Finance and relevant modules • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Fluent in both spoken and written English • Ability to work 8.5 hours per day on UK Shift
