📋 Description

• Own and develop the Life at Nectar Social employer branding strategy. • Build Nectar’s presence as a desirable workplace across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. • Create and manage content calendars for employer branding and culture-focused campaigns. • Capture and share employee stories, team highlights, office moments, events, achievements, and behind-the-scenes content. • Partner with design and marketing teams to create high-quality visual content, videos, posts, reels, and campaigns. • Ensure all employer branding content reflects Nectar’s culture, tone, values, and visual identity. • Track engagement and continuously improve employer branding campaigns based on performance. • Build and manage relationships with universities across Pakistan, especially in Lahore and other key talent markets. • Develop campus branding initiatives to position Nectar Social as a preferred employer for fresh graduates. • Organize university sessions, tech talks, career fairs, ambassador programs, and student engagement activities. • Create long-term graduate hiring pipelines for engineering, product, design, marketing, and operations roles. • Work with the Talent team to plan annual fresh graduate hiring campaigns and internship programs. • Identify top universities, societies, faculty members, and student groups for strategic partnerships. • Plan and execute in-house events that strengthen Nectar’s culture and employee experience. • Lead initiatives around office events, team activities, onboarding moments, celebrations, offsites, speaker sessions, and community-building activities. • Support the development of a strong internal culture that reflects Nectar’s values and growth mindset. • Partner with Operations to make the office experience more engaging, welcoming, and memorable. • Create content and campaigns around internal events to showcase Nectar’s culture externally. • Partner with the Talent team to support hiring campaigns for priority roles. • Create recruitment marketing content for open roles, hiring drives, and talent campaigns. • Help improve candidate-facing communication, job posts, hiring announcements, and employer brand touchpoints. • Support initiatives that improve how candidates experience Nectar from first interaction to onboarding. • Build campaigns that help attract high-quality candidates across experienced and early-career talent pools.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in employer branding, marketing, talent marketing, campus recruitment, communications, or a related field. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram. • Experience creating or managing content calendars, brand campaigns, or digital marketing initiatives. • Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills. • Ability to create engaging content around people, culture, workplace, and company growth. • Experience working with universities, student societies, campus programs, or graduate hiring pipelines is strongly preferred. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage events, campaigns, and partnerships end-to-end. • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including Talent, Operations, Design, Marketing, and Leadership. • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of new initiatives.
