âą 6-10 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HRIS administration. âą Hands-on experience administering an HRIS platform such as BambooHR, ADP, Workday, or HiBob, with direct responsibility for data accuracy. âą Advanced Excel proficiency, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and dashboards. âą Experience coordinating payroll with third-party providers across multiple jurisdictions. âą Experience executing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes. âą Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data issues before they escalate. âą Strong written communication skills with the ability to document processes clearly and flag issues proactively. âą Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones. âą Comfort using AI tools and a willingness to adopt new AI-powered platforms as part of daily workflows. âą Experience with BambooHR, Pinpoint, and/or Lattice is preferred. âą Experience with SharePoint or similar content management and collaboration platforms is preferred. âą Experience in software or technology companies is preferred. âą Familiarity with multi-country employment contexts is preferred. âą Experience with EOR providers (e.g. Deel) is preferred. âą SHRM-CP, CHRP, or equivalent HR qualification is preferred.
