📋 Description

• Responsible for the qualification and timely assignment of candidates. • Works collaboratively with business development managers, Office Coordinators, and other team members. • Maintains communication with clients and candidates regarding job orders. • Reviews employment applications, candidate backgrounds, and interviews applicants. • Documents performance reports based on client feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• BA degree in related field or equivalent experience • A minimum of 1 year recruiting experience, OR a minimum of 1 year of industry experience • Ability to handle multiple complex/demanding projects and meet deadlines • Commitment to employment compliance and excellent customer service modeling • Demonstrated proficiency in coaching and motivating employees • Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite
