📋 Description
• Responsible for the qualification and timely placement of candidates • Participates in assignment of clients and order fulfillment distribution • Assists with large volume staffing projects/requests from clients • Keeps up to date on overall activities of the Contingent Workforce assigned • Reviews employment applications, candidate’s backgrounds, and interviews applicants • Maintains communication with clients and candidates
🎯 Requirements
• BA degree in related field or equivalent experience • Four to six years recruiting experience • Ability to handle multiple complex/demanding projects and meet deadlines • Commitment to employment compliance and excellent customer service modeling • Excellent independent thought leader • Ability to create meaningful statistical data analysis and associated presentations • Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite • Strong interpersonal skills.
