📋 Description

• Identify, attract, and recruit top talent for different areas of Trafilea. • Work closely with the department leadership team to understand their hiring needs. • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and build relationships with potential candidates. • Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior positions that require extensive sourcing due to complexity. • Promote the company's brand and culture to attract top talent. • Work with hiring managers and HR PBPs to understand specific job position requirements. • Coordinate kick off calls with all stakeholders. • Attend tactical meetings with senior department stakeholders for updates. • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to track talent acquisition effectiveness. • Attend daily, weekly, and team meetings to present updates and insights on positions assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Tech (AI) or Data specialized recruiter • Worked with KPIs & OKRs inside an agile methodology framework with a continuous improvement mindset • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics • Curious listener that is not afraid to ask questions with a critical sense for moving candidates forward. • A detail-oriented very organized person that can at the same time work with a sense of urgency to resolve issues. • A positive team player.
