• Full-cycle client ownership • Lead client kickoffs and clarify hiring goals, success criteria, and constraints • Design hiring strategies, timelines, and scorecards • Run weekly syncs with founders and hiring managers • Own offer strategy, negotiation, and closing • Work on 3–4 active roles at a time, prioritizing quality over volume • Hire across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Leadership • Conduct deep, structured interviews focused on skills, mindset, and A-Player traits • Guide candidates from first contact through offer and onboarding
• Strong English (Upper-Intermediate or higher, written and spoken) • Ability to overlap 2–4 hours with US time zones • Full-time availability (this is not a freelance or side role)
