• Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies • Build strong relationships with clients and negotiate contracts • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting hotel revenue targets • Develop and execute sales plans to increase occupancy and revenue • Manage current accounts and ensure proper solicitation of the designated market • Attain personal booking goals and monitor production compliance • Solicit new business by expanding account base and identifying new markets • Monitor industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly • Serve as part of a broader sales network and organization
