📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery to understand customer challenges, pain points, and success criteria, ensuring solutions align with business objectives. • Drive value-based selling, clearly articulating Neo4j’s unique differentiators and ROI to both technical and business stakeholders. • Own the pre-sales engagement, delivering impactful presentations, live demonstrations, and competitive positioning. • Map customer requirements to relevant Neo4j product capabilities. • Develop proof-of-value (PoV) demonstrations and prototypes that showcase tangible business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of pre-sales, professional services, or customer-facing technical experience. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. • Experience working with partners, including hyperscalers, ISVs, and system integrators. • Ability to work independently in a cross-functional, global organization. • Willingness to travel as needed for customer and partner engagements.
