📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers and align success criteria, KPIs, milestones, and project risk mitigation strategies • Guide provisioning of Neo4j AuraDB environments or self-managed clusters across AWS, Azure, and GCP • Establish secure network architectures using private endpoints and IP allow lists • Implement system hardening, TLS/SSL termination, encryption at rest, SSO, and RBAC configurations • Architect data ingestion pipelines using bulk imports, stream processing, and Change Data Capture • Advise development teams on Neo4j driver optimization, connection pooling, and retry logic • Help customers configure observability tools for logs and metrics • Deliver workshops on Cypher query performance and backup/restore planning • Produce architecture diagrams, Architectural Decision Records, and next-step backlogs • Transition customers to Professional Services and Cloud Operations teams • Improve Neo4j’s global technical onboarding methodology and frameworks using field insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • 5 years of experience in a highly technical, customer-facing role • Production workload experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Deep proficiency in networking infrastructure, including VPC/VNet architectures, routing protocols, peering, and PrivateLink/Private Endpoints • Experience implementing enterprise IAM, including SSO using OIDC/SAML and RBAC design • Preferred: proficiency with Terraform and Ansible • Preferred: experience with Linux administration, containerisation, and Docker, Kubernetes, or managed container environments • Preferred: experience with graph databases, ideally Neo4j, database querying, and Cypher query optimization • Preferred: familiarity with Grafana/Prometheus, Datadog, CloudWatch, Splunk, and ETL/CDC platforms • Preferred: exposure to SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and data residency deployment patterns
