📋 Description

• Develop high-performance software solutions with an emphasis on structure, maintainability, and extensibility • Implement and expand software solutions with a focus on quality, structure, and maintainability • Implement performance-oriented features, algorithms, and framework components • Design systems and frameworks in collaboration with Product Owners • Contribute to innovative R&D projects • Actively shape and improve development processes • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and technical stakeholders on systems that must operate reliably in complex scenarios • Work on a simulation project for complex intralogistics systems that analyzes, optimizes, and safeguards technical systems, processes, and workflows during early concept phases

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience in software development • Very good knowledge of OOP, ideally with C# • Solid understanding of software architecture • Structured and analytical thinking • High motivation and results orientation • Very good German skills (at least C1) • Good English skills • Team player with an independent working style
