📋 Description

• Operational onboarding and system setup of our distribution partners and B2B customers • Maintenance of distribution partner, intermediary account, customer, and sales structure data • Administrative support for our distribution partners and B2B customers, including transparent communication about ongoing matters • Processing of portfolio transfers, advisor reassignments, and portfolio reallocations • Preparation and verification of intermediary invoices and resolution of billing discrepancies • System implementation of commission agreements and partner-specific billing logic • Administrative and organizational support for our field sales team, especially our broker advisors • Coordination of special cases with Sales, Accounting, Contract Services, IT, and Legal & Compliance • Ensuring data quality, documentation, processing deadlines, and agreed service levels • Participation in optimizing, digitizing, and automating our partner and B2B processes

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector, or an equivalent qualification • Initial professional experience in the insurance industry, preferably in contract, portfolio, or sales administration • Structured, careful, and independent working style with a strong quality awareness • Strong service and customer orientation and enjoyment in working with distribution partners and internal departments • Confident use of MS Office • Very good German language skills, written and spoken
