📋 Description

• Continuously monitor cloud environments, including infrastructure, applications, and services • Proactively detect failures and outages using Zabbix, Grafana, and other observability solutions • Open, categorize, and route incidents according to defined workflows • Perform initial analyses of events and alerts by correlating metrics and logs • Track technical tickets through resolution in collaboration with N2/N3 teams • Guide users and technical teams during escalations • Resolve low- and medium-complexity events using the knowledge base and operational processes • Document actions and maintain complete incident records • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the technical knowledge base, procedures, scripts, and support workflows • Assist in validating new monitoring implementations and onboarding applications and systems into Zabbix in partnership with SRE/CloudOps

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Zabbix (required) • Knowledge of Prometheus or Grafana is preferred • Understanding of observability, metric and log analysis, and application behavior • Basic knowledge of cloud computing (Huawei, Azure, or GCP) • Experience with Linux and Windows Server operating systems • Experience opening and handling tickets in Jira, OTRS, GLPI, or similar systems • Ability to understand and act on triggers, thresholds, and dashboards • Basic knowledge of networking, infrastructure, and connectivity • Zabbix certification or training (Admin/User) is a plus • LPIC-1 or equivalent certification is a plus • Introductory cloud courses (Huawei, Azure, or GCP) are a plus • Availability to work a 12x36 shift schedule
