📋 Description

• Process onboarding, transfer, and offboarding requests in legacy systems, cloud, and on-premises environments, meeting SLAs • Conduct access certification cycles, validate privileges, and produce evidence for audits • Map access profiles, align SoD matrices, remove excess permissions, and enforce the principle of least privilege • Administer roles and profiles in SAP GRC and support emergency access tickets • Interact with IT, Security, and Business teams to guide entitlement decisions, make adjustments, and resolve requests • Perform operational routines, access reviews, and ITSM tickets according to seniority • Analyze complex RBAC, SoD, and SAP GRC requests, support audits, and optimize workflows • Serve as a technical reference, map risks, support rules and automations, and mentor junior and mid-level analysts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Information Technology, Information Security, Systems Analysis, or related fields • Practical knowledge and hands-on experience administering Active Directory (AD) and Office 365 • Experience with ITSM/Service Desk tools for ticket and queue management • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, Zero Trust, the Principle of Least Privilege, and SoD matrices • Advanced Excel skills for analysis, cross-referencing, and cleansing access databases • Experience supporting hybrid environments (cloud and on-premises) • Diplomatic communication, collaborative attitude, organized and detail-oriented • Plus: SAP GRC, IDM/IGA, PAM, Power BI, data storytelling, scripting/automation, APIs, PowerShell or Python • Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, PCI, and Brazil's LGPD • Information Security or IAM certifications are a plus
