📋 Description

• Map end-to-end customer journeys, identify operational bottlenecks, and propose improvements and automations in collaboration with squads and partner teams • Act as a bridge between the Corban, Digital Wallet, and App squads and the operational teams responsible for customer service, collections, and legal matters • Ensure alignment and clarity of roles across teams • Monitor quality, SLA, and performance indicators • Support decision-making and assess the impact of deliverables • Research regulations, develop procedures, and coordinate product audits and control processes • Contribute to a robust, seamless, and secure Payroll-Deducted Loan product, reducing customer friction and operational SLAs

🎯 Requirements

• Adaptability to handle different scenarios and challenges in a dynamic environment • Results-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritize the initiatives that generate the greatest impact • Autonomy and collaboration to work productively in a remote environment • Experience in Product teams, with a systemic view of the business, KPI monitoring, and journey mapping • Ability to investigate complex problems and propose structured solutions • Advanced proficiency in Excel • Practical knowledge of Figma • Familiarity with SQL for data queries • Assertive communication and the ability to connect with different stakeholders • Ease and regularity in applying artificial intelligence tools • Nice-to-haves: experience in financial services or fintech; knowledge of Payroll-Deducted Loans or other credit/lending products; understanding of quality management, risk governance, and the financial regulatory framework; experience with process automation (n8n, Claude, spreadsheet macros, Python)
