📋 Description

• Build and manage pipeline across outbound opportunities • Partner with assigned BDR(s) to drive outbound prospecting and lead generation • Conduct targeted outbound outreach and relationship development via LinkedIn and strategic prospecting • Maintain full visibility into pipeline health, coverage, and progression • Own the full sales cycle from discovery calls through contract execution • Present proposals, pricing, and campaign recommendations to clients • Negotiate commercial terms, scope, and partnership structure • Drive deal momentum through consistent follow-up and structured communication • Maintain CRM hygiene including pipeline updates, notes, and activity tracking in HubSpot • Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting • Track sales activity, proposal volume, and deal progression • Create quotes and submit opportunities to deal desk for approval prior to proposal presentation • Coordinate internally with strategy, paid media, campaign, and operations teams during active sales cycles • Align internal stakeholders to ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and executable • Lead internal and external kickoff calls for closed/won business • Ensure clean and complete handoff of deals to operations and campaign teams • Maintain clarity and continuity across all deal transitions

🎯 Requirements

• Previous sales experience required • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneously • Strong negotiation and client-facing skills • Familiarity with influencer marketing, social media, or digital advertising preferred • Highly accountable with a strong focus on revenue outcomes • Comfortable owning quota and operating in performance-driven environments • Strong attention to detail across pipeline, proposals, and communication • Proactive and self-directed with a strong sense of ownership • Strong interest in the creator economy, influencer marketing, and digital media • Existing book of business is a plus
