📋 Description

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment function, including drafting job advertisements, posting, screening, selection, assessment, and appointment of shortlisted applicants • Head hunt suitable talent across global markets and build a robust talent pipeline • Support Managers and Heads of Departments with talent acquisition and staffing needs • Maintain a screened and shortlisted talent pool for vacancies • Create and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms, job boards, LinkedIn, and BambooHR • Conduct initial screenings and interviews and coordinate interview processes with managers • Assist with interview training for Managers and oversee appointments • Oversee skills assessments and assist in designing assessment case studies • Maintain candidate and recruitment records in ATS and assessment platforms • Oversee employee onboarding • Draft employment contracts and maintain the HR management system and employee profiles • Oversee time attendance • Provide HR assistance and support to employees • Prepare and process monthly payroll, including salaries, commissions, overtime, and deductions • Administer salary reviews, bonus cycles, and commission reconciliation with sales data • Track sick days, annual leave, and unpaid leave; maintain the leave calendar • Handle probation reviews, confirmations, and extensions • Manage offboarding, including resignations, exit interviews, visa cancellation, and equipment return • Produce monthly HR dashboards covering headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and payroll cost

🎯 Requirements

• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. • Four to five years of end to end in recruitment/talent acquisition experience sourcing for multiple roles at the same time • Recruitment experience with a variety of job profiles/roles at the same time, not just with ‘professional’ and/or ‘highly skilled positions • Experience with ‘head hunting’, using LinkedIn for this purpose and building talent pipelines • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices • Proficient in using ATS and recruitment software • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficient in Google Suite • Skilled ‘Head Hunter’ using LinkedIn • Able to work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday
