• Manage the full onboarding lifecycle from handover to go-live. • Act as the primary point of contact for landlords during the onboarding phase. • Coordinate property readiness including photography, key handovers and setup tasks. • Support landlords with onboarding documentation and operational requirements. • List new properties across relevant platforms and internal systems. • Work closely with Sales and Account Management to align onboarding timelines and requirements. • Manage scheduling, inspections, onboarding checklists and issue resolution. • Conduct quality control checks to ensure all properties meet Nestify standards. • Track onboarding progress and ensure deadlines and milestones are met. • Maintain accurate onboarding records and documentation. • Identify and resolve onboarding issues to minimise delays to go-live.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Strong organisational and time management skills. • High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. • Ability to manage multiple properties and onboarding projects concurrently. • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Experience in property management, hospitality or real estate is advantageous.
