📋 Description

• Build an AI agent for a system that processes images • Build and deploy production-grade AI agents • Develop Python-based agentic solutions using frameworks or custom agentic loops • Implement integrations with LLM SDKs such as Anthropic and OpenAI • Implement MCP servers and/or clients • Work with vector databases and PostgreSQL, including hybrid search • Potentially contribute to application-layer development with TypeScript/Node • Potentially use evaluation and tracing tools, cloud infrastructure, and compliance knowledge for agentic-solution audits

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial experience building AI agents in production, not just PoC/demo • Strong Python skills, including async, typing, and tests • Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Pydantic AI, or ability to build agentic loops without a framework • Experience with LLM SDKs such as Anthropic and OpenAI • Experience implementing MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and/or clients • Experience with vector databases such as pgvector, Qdrant, Weaviate, or Pinecone • Experience with PostgreSQL, including hybrid search • Polish language at C2 (native) level • English language at B2+/C1 level • TypeScript/Node application-layer experience is nice to have • Familiarity with LangSmith, Langfuse, Braintrust, or OpenTelemetry is nice to have • Infrastructure experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, Azure, GCP, Bedrock, or Vertex is nice to have • Knowledge of the AI Act and GDPR for auditing agentic solutions is nice to have • Available for ASAP start • Full-time engagement for 3 months
