📋 Description

• Develop tailored, AI-powered platform solutions on the ServiceNow platform and implement production-ready AI use cases • Design, develop, and implement intelligent AI solutions using Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, and AI Skills • Build custom applications • Develop complex integrations via Integration Hub as well as REST/SOAP APIs • Automate workflows using Flow Designer • Guide Large Language Model behavior contextually and craft precise prompts • Integrate generative AI into existing enterprise processes • Own the full lifecycle of enterprise AI solutions, including development, automated testing, and adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards • Advise clients technically and strategically on identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in (business) computer science, vocational training in computer science/application development, or equivalent • At least 2 years of professional experience developing on the ServiceNow platform • Excellent knowledge of JavaScript • Practical project experience with Now Assist or comparable GenAI initiatives on ServiceNow • Deep understanding of prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM behavior • Experience with AI Agent Studio and agentic workflows • Experience securing AI applications in production environments, including testing, security, and AI governance • Fluent German language skills • Good English skills
