📋 Description

• Maintain efficient processes that initiate the preparation of monthly invoices • Maintain client records related to invoicing • Create billing and resolve inconsistencies as needed • Partner with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and other internal departments • Ensure new customers and revenue contracts are set up correctly in CRM and ERP applications • Initiate billing on various product lines • Work with the sales team and accounting to resolve inconsistencies • Maintain customer master data integrity in ERP and CRM systems • Manage internal billing team members • Partner with the overseas shared service accounting team

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience including sales operations, accounts receivable, and credit & collections • Experience in information technology services is highly desired • Proficient in MS Office and data entry • Working knowledge of ERP software is a plus • Comfortable with mathematics and financial data • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Great attention to detail • A passion for process definition, documentation, and improvement is highly desired • Evening shift availability
