📋 Description

• You are the first point of contact for our applicants and make the entire process — from “Hi, I’m interested!” to “Yes, I’m in!” — a smooth and memorable experience. • You embody our vision, mission and our bootcamps so well that applicants simply can’t say no. • You answer questions, organize information sessions and ensure all applicants submit their documents on time. • You decide who gets in! Yes, really — admissions are your responsibility. • You’re a data ninja and keep our applicant database up to date. • You handle administrative matters with the Employment Agency and the Jobcenter.

• Experience in customer service or sales – you know how to engage and excite people. • Energy, motivation and a strong drive – you always give your best and love to achieve results. • Calm under pressure – a fast-paced environment is no problem for you. • Excellent communication skills – empathetic, clear and persuasive. • Proactive and organized – you don’t wait, you take initiative. • Passion for education and tech – we don’t just teach, we change lives. • English & German?
