📋 Description

• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with AZAV guidelines • Support certification processes • Drive our quality culture • Act as a central interface between Education, Sales, Administration and our students • Support provider and program certifications as well as the approval of our programs • Assist with internal audits, prepare for external audits and accompany them • Ensure that educational concepts, curricula and course documentation always meet legal requirements • Help your team implement modern QA policies and procedures • Promote the continuous improvement process (CIP) • Ensure accurate information on all AZAV-relevant numbers, data and facts • Serve as the contact person for accreditation bodies and authorities

🎯 Requirements

• Versatile professional with a strong understanding of numbers, language and regulatory or quality management concepts • Initial knowledge of German quality assurance standards (especially AZAV/SGB III) is an advantage • Strong IT affinity is a must • Methodical and organized, strong in data analysis, precise and skilled in project management • German at native level and fluent English • Genuine passion for education and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve excellent results
