• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in a related field • High school diploma or equivalent required • Extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing (RPO/In-House or Brand/Recruitment Marketing Agency) required • Ability to produce and analyze data, identify opportunities, and use data to drive decisions • Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and rapidly build strong relationships based on trust and confidence • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to analyze complex situations conceptually and provide practical solutions to diverse stakeholders
