📋 Description

• Develop and lead client relationships focused on brand and talent marketing solutions • Drive direct hiring and enhance quality of hire • Ignite talent performance and maximize employer brand value • Manage income and expenditure to meet budget objectives • Deliver Brand and Digital solutions to exceptional standards • Lead delivery of Brand and Digital projects, delegating tasks and coordinating teams • Take accountability for high-quality project outputs, including budget management and client satisfaction • Write strategic creative briefs and build personal brand reputation • Gather market and talent intelligence to inform talent marketing strategies • Measure and maximize ROI across all projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in a related field • High school diploma or equivalent required • Extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing (RPO/In-House or Brand/Recruitment Marketing Agency) required • Ability to produce and analyze data, identify opportunities, and use data to drive decisions • Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and rapidly build strong relationships based on trust and confidence • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to analyze complex situations conceptually and provide practical solutions to diverse stakeholders
