📋 Description

• Build compelling Agentforce-powered user experiences and deliver business value to clients • Lead and own technical solution design for complete Agentforce solutions, including topics, instructions, actions, automation/code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures • Analyze Agentforce Agent limits and boundaries to find novel solutions that drive business outcomes • Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers to translate business needs into well-architected solutions • Oversee and contribute to all project lifecycle stages, from initial design through development, testing, and final deployment • Follow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities • Work with the AI team to deliver impactful customer outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in application and software development • 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field • Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript • Exposure or working knowledge of Python, Java, C#, or other modern coding languages • Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce • Understanding of front-end web development principles and HTML/CSS • Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex technical details to all audiences • Experience using source control and branching/pull request strategies • Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles • 15 years of full-time education • Additional Salesforce certifications, preferably Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist, are a plus
