📋 Description

• Plan the brand’s omnipresence across all relevant platforms • Translate the executive team’s goals into marketing and editorial plans • Plan campaigns, for example for new professional development programs • Write scripts for Reels and YouTube, as well as posts for LinkedIn and Instagram • Publish content in a way that is optimized for each platform • Own the weekly newsletter and email sequences • Write copy for the website and landing pages • Develop content series based on the expertise of the executive team and AI team • Analyze reach, open rates, and inquiries • Report to the executive team and optimize based on data • Brief the in-house videographer

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience • Strong command of copywriting, social media, and email marketing • Published work samples • Familiarity with target audiences, funnels, and channel mix • Ability to derive concrete actions from KPIs • Comfortable using AI for research, analysis, and drafting • Experience as a marketing generalist • Independent and structured approach to work • Enthusiasm for building something from the ground up • Ideally, experience with complex, consultative services or professional development programs • A good understanding of personal brands and B2B thought leadership is desirable
