📋 Description

• Act as the embedded technical lead for AI on the account, designing, building, and demonstrating production-grade agentic AI solutions for game development • Deliver fast, visible results benefiting the iGaming group through a shared AI layer across studios • Continuously transfer knowledge to the client’s teams and Neurons Lab engineers • Build working prototypes and pilots on the client’s real game stack, including mathematical engine, game backend, and game client • Design and implement transferable custom agentic setups using harnesses, loops, and graphs • Own model selection, deployment patterns, infrastructure, cost estimation including token economics, and monitoring • Prepare and run technical demos with reliable fallback environments or recordings • Produce technical packs covering flows, component schemas, deployment views, and cost estimates • Present concrete technical solutions to senior client stakeholders and explain the advantages over familiar tools • Lead and unblock AI engineers, create tasks, review output, and provide feedback • Run knowledge-transfer sessions and support proposal preparation with technical input

🎯 Requirements

• Mandatory hands-on iGaming/game-development expertise, including slot/casino game production • Familiarity with game math engines, including RTP, volatility, and balancing • Experience with game logic/backend and game client code • 7+ years of hands-on AI/ML development • Strong recent agentic AI practice building harnesses, loops, multi-agent systems, and AI developer tooling on Claude, Codex, Cursor-class systems, or similar • Ability to demonstrate working tools, agents, and loops operating on real code and math • Consulting/client-facing seniority with technical leadership experience • Confidence working with demanding enterprise or product-company stakeholders and strong engineering teams • Experience with group/holding structures or multi-brand organizations is a plus • Game art/graphics pipeline understanding is useful but not required • AWS, Azure, or GCP experience is a plus • Required English level selection • Required UA/RU language level selection
