📋 Description

• Oversee key client engagements and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget • Establish project timelines, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership • Collaborate directly with clients to ensure alignment with project objectives and contractual parameters • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of multiple projects • Assist in defining project scope and objectives with relevant internal stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques • Report and escalate to management as needed • Manage relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify project requirements • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ strengths, skill sets, and experience levels

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of proven experience in Technical Project Management • Financial/banking industry experience • Experience managing technical projects in large-scale enterprise environments • Background in technology, specifically with network devices and physical infrastructure • Technical background in wireless and wired networks • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software tools • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience • Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence in presenting to stakeholders • Demonstrated leadership and strong organizational skills • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a sense of urgency • Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively • Proactive in keeping up with evolving technologies and industry trends • Strong client-facing and internal communication abilities • Detail-oriented with solid multitasking capabilities • PMP, CCNA or equivalent knowledge, certifications a plus, but not mandatory • ITIL certification is a plus, but not mandatory • Shifting EST
